Hardy Tropicals Nursery is a small hobby mail order nursery run by the owner of Triple Oaks Nursery in Franklinville, New Jersey. The specialty is hardy and experimental plants with a tropical look and feel, some out of place and some very much in their place in the landscapes of north of where you’d expect to see them.

Plants are trialled and planted in a landscaped setting in Triple Oaks display gardens which are open to the public year round. The garden is a USDA zone 7a location that can experience mild or severe winters depending on the years weather trends making it feel like upstate NY some winters and upstate SC in others. We urge you to make a visit to shop, to tour the gardens, or participate in one of the many events or classes offered.

Any plants offered by Hardy Tropicals Nursery can be picked up at the nursery 7 days a week or shipped by the USPS or UPS.
